Accelerating Digital Export and Marketing Strategies

The local Chamber of Commerce aims to strongly promote digital culture across the territory, particularly focusing on internationalization. The primary goal is to enhance the internal skills of local companies regarding digital export strategies and to financially support their digital marketing campaigns through the advanced use of digital channels and tools (such as multilingual websites, social media management, and digital advertising).

Who Can Apply for the Connessi Grant?

This business funding opportunity is dedicated to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have an operational headquarters or local unit in the provinces of Milan, Monza Brianza, and Lodi. Companies from any commercial sector can apply, provided they own a fully operational multilingual website (Italian plus at least one foreign language) created before July 1, 2022, and actively manage at least one of the following digital channels:

  • A multilingual corporate e-commerce platform (Italian plus at least one foreign language).
  • A corporate or product page on a recognized international marketplace.
  • One or more active corporate social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).

Funding Details and Eligible Investments

The financial aid consists of a non-repayable business grant covering up to 50% of the eligible expenses, up to a maximum limit of €10,000.00.
To qualify, the proposed digital projects must include a minimum investment of €5,000.00.

The total financial resources made available by the Chamber of Commerce for this initiative amount to €2,500,000.

Eligible Digital Marketing Expenses

The grant can be used to finance the following digital growth operations:

  • Custom digital marketing activities (up to €6,000).
  • Digital advertising campaigns on major search engines, international marketplaces, and/or social media channels.
  • International SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) activities (up to €6,000).
  • Live Streaming Commerce setups and strategies.
