The website's tone of voice perfectly expresses the brand's core values. Simplicity, elegance, user engagement, and dynamism are the key elements that guided our custom UI/UX design choices. We created a clean, highly functional, and practical interface to organize content clearly and intuitively. This was paired with refined, expressive digital typography and high-quality photography that immerses the user directly into the physical space and the vibrant community of the Shopping Center.
Since the Shopping Center acts as the beating heart of one of the largest mixed-use development areas—hosting a unique blend of residential spaces, green areas, technology hubs, business centers, and retail stores—a dedicated community section was essential to build a network of people sharing the same values. This section features upcoming local events, scheduled activities, and a dedicated photo gallery.
On the Homepage, we custom-designed an interactive web map highlighting the Food & Beverage areas, envisioned as prime spots for socializing and gathering. This feature greatly improves user orientation while introducing interactive web elements that add rhythm and dynamism to the digital storytelling.
Following this logic, we designed a specific "Visit Us" page to aggregate all essential visitor information: opening hours, precise mall location, and public transport directions. The transportation details were specifically engineered for an interactive, dynamic user experience driven by scroll-triggered animations.
The main navigation menu was architected to be highly flexible and modular. It perfectly addresses the need to hierarchically organize a massive amount of information in a clear, user-friendly way. In custom digital navigation experiences, establishing the correct content hierarchy is crucial, especially on smaller screens. Through a mobile-first web design approach, the layout seamlessly adapts to guarantee maximum usability, prioritizing the most relevant data needed to navigate the physical space of the shopping center.
A shopping center is a physical space meant to be experienced in person, making directions and store navigation the highest priority in our digital strategy. To facilitate instant access to this data, we developed a sticky navigation bar (navbar) that remains constantly visible, taking users exactly where they need to go in seconds.
Through this highly practical UI component, users can also access the full suite of custom web app features: upon user registration and login, the navbar dynamically updates with a "Services" button, unlocking access to advanced digital modules like the "Marketplace", "Food" services, and smart "Parking" management.
To complete the visual identity, we developed a comprehensive, custom icon set based on familiar, user-friendly shapes. The primary icon version utilizes a vibrant green: a highly representative brand color. The digital typography strikes a perfect balance between a warm, serif typeface—evoking natural and floral sensations—and a highly readable, versatile sans-serif font featuring geometric shapes and an approachable aesthetic.
