Meet the Chef: Guido Paternollo

The culinary vision behind the new restaurant is led by Executive Chef Guido Paternollo. Born in Milan in 1991 and holding an engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano, he brings a unique, precision-driven approach to high-end gastronomy.

After honing his skills in the prestigious kitchens of culinary legends like Enrico Bartolini, Alain Ducasse, and Yannick Alléno, he returned to his hometown in 2022 to embark on this exciting new fine dining adventure at Pellico 3 Milano.
