Una cucina gourmet raffinata, un piacere per gli occhi e il palato. Un menù che segue la naturale stagionalità degli ingredienti. Queste sono i concetti chiave che Guido Paternollo, Chef del ristorante Pellico 3 Milano, utilizza per presentare la sua attività. Questi sono anche i principi che abbiamo tenuto a mente per disegnare e sviluppare il sito web di Pellico 3: un design sobrio che mette in risalto le splendide creazioni culinarie e l’atmosfera raffinata del locale.

La direzione artistica è stata affidata a Riccardo Ruini che, insieme al nostro team, ha seguito lo sviluppo del prodotto e indicato i contenuti chiave per la realizzare del sito. Il risultato è una vetrina digitale che cattura l’essenza del ristorante Pellico 3, lasciando spazio alle foto dei magnifici piatti del team e dell’ambiente esclusivo che ospita il ristorante.

Dal sito alla prima portata

Abbiamo pensato il sito web come un membro del team Paternollo: la sua funzione è presentare l’esperienza del ristorante, senza svelarne i punti salienti. La Homepage mostra alcuni punti forti dell’esperienza in Pellico 3, mentre la sezione gallery permette di visualizzare e raccogliere alcuni piatti iconici del ristorante. Le sezioni dedicate al menu invece sono considerate uno strumento utile per conoscere l’offerta stagionale e il catalogo dei vini, senza però coprire la presenza attiva dei professionisti in sala, che accompagnano personalmente i commensali durante l’esperienza.
